  Built In Solutions installed a hall cupboard for us in a space which was otherwise underused. The whole process was hassle-free, from design, provision of drawings to installation. We now have useful extra storage space for suitcases, as well as shoes and other everyday items. The finished cupboard integrates well with other fitted furniture, and we are very happy with the result.

  We've recently had some bespoke furniture built and fitted for us by Built in Solutions and we're thrilled with it. The quality is great, we experienced really efficient and helpful customer service throughout and the installation was perfect and totally hassle free. I would really recommend Built in Solutions for any furniture projects, they're efficient, good value for money and trustworthy.

  From our initial enquiry to completion of the project Zak and his team were professional, inspirational, patient and with great attention to detail. Our initial vision was moulded by their expertise producing a superb media wall and separate bookcase in a bespoke paint finish. Excellent communication throughout, resulting in superb built in furniture of good quality, beautiful finish and a very professional installation. We would have no hesitation of recommending them and having them collaborate in any future projects in the future.

  The team at Built In Solutions did a fabulous job of building a custom media unit and a custom hi-fi unit for my in-laws. From the start it was clear that Zak and the team were consummate professionals. We had detailed discussions on the design, colour scheme and size of the media unit, while with the hi-fi unit, we went through several different designs before finalising it. (Zak was very patient throughout this process!) On-site measurements were taken and we were shown samples of the alternative colour finishes available. Professional drawings and renderings were provided with detailed measurements so we could plan the exact location of numerous power, telephone, arial and Cat 5 sockets behind and next to the media unit. A couple of months later, the units were ready and Zak and his team delivered, assembled and installed them within a day. The fit and finish are flawless and my in-laws are absolutely delighted. Where the side of the unit meets the wall, the end panel has been scribed in to perfection. All the cabling for TV, DVD, BT Box, router etc. is completely hidden and yet easily accessible. While no custom furniture will be cheap, I think Built In Solutions offered great value for money when taking account of the very high quality and was well worth the wait. So it's 5 starts and highly recommended from me.

  We have had very good service indeed from Built In Solutions. They were very helpful in advising us on the design of our shelving and delivered and installed it as promised and to cost. During the 2-3 month period between ordering and installation they answered any questions we had immediately and fully. We are just starting to fill the shelves which we are confident will meet our needs. We recommend them.

  I saw the reviews about Zac and Built in Solutions online and I was really impressed by what I read. Zac fitted my built-in fire and media unit just last week. His workmanship, design and 'can do' approach made working with him and his team a joy and the result is better than I had ever dreamt .   Zach built us two bookcases in two rooms - 6 floor to ceiling walls. The design process was simple and easy, every horribly detailed question we had was answered with a huge amount of patience and zeal. The rooms look fantastic and are everything we wanted. Installation only took one day and Zach neatly used his van for all the messy stuff, but still cleaned up beautifully afterwards. Most difficult? Having to shelve hundreds of books! A joy to see them all again though!

It's rare to have such bespoke work carried out these days and for a reasonable price. We waited rather longer for the job to be undertaken than was indicated to us when we placed our order, but the end result was worth the wait! Highly recommended.

  I had been looking for something specific for my living room and knew when I saw the Built ln Solutions website that id found what I was looking for. Zac and his team have been brilliant. They understood exactly what I was looking to do after a site visit. The design process was quick with drawings to show what my built in would look like. It took 12-14 weeks from payment of the deposit to installation of the unit and I am so pleased with the result. Its beyond my expectations. In my view its worth the investment in a solid piece of furniture for my home. Zac and Chris worked hard all day ensuring that every measurement was accurate before fixing. Their attention to detail is superb and their working process inside the home is so respectful. The end result is a beautiful piece of furniture that will last a lifetime. I cant thank them enough.
