Ordered some paints from them, they were in stock and available for shipping. It's been 2 weeks and still no delivery, called the company and they didn't see an issue, just informed me that part of the order will be delayed even further for items not being in stock, despite being in stock while ordered. Useless outfit.

Not really sure why all the negative reviews. Order 2 doors and a pair maker, they were due in stock and to be delivered about 4-5weeks after order date. 24hrs after the order I received an email saying that the doors are not refundable as they are custom made, and if I still wish to proceed then the order will process as normal. Personally I thought this was good and clears up some of the bad reviews they seem to be getting. Also the website says they don’t accept refunds as the items may be custom made, so you know any risks your taking by ordering. As for the product, yeah exactly as I wanted, no issues looks great.

By far the worst customer service i have ever received. Emails are ignored they are refusing to refund us on door unless we pay a 40% restocking fee. The staff do not Asher technical questions and ask you to call the door manufacturer yourself to find out “ is the door a smooth or grained finish” the staff also speak terrible English making having a human conversation impossible. 4 of 5 doors have arrived but we still have been charged. If your thinking of purchasing goods room this company i strongly advise you do not even if another company has longer lead times.

Worst customer service ever. Placed an order for fire door and fire door liner. Recieved email 3 days after ordering to say refunding you as 12 week delay then day before delivery of door got another email to say out of stock even though rang week before to check delivery day!will never use again amd wouldn’t recommend

Avoid this company. I'm 250£ out of pocket with a door that is not fit for purpose wrongly described on their website. After ten's of emails they didn't manage to sort a collection in a month!.... Probably the refound will never happen.... So...No No No No!

I ordered 8 internal doors from buildworld, then was given a choice of delivery day by the supplier, and was kept informed of the delivery progress. Called the delivery company on the day to get a time slot. Driver arrived with 7 doors. Was told the door was out of stock at the time but managed to get it delivered 2 weeks later. Overall a good experience.
