Do not use this Company, The order did not arrive and was then told it was lost by courier, when order finally arrived had part missing which we were then told its on back order with no date when to expect. It looks like we are not the only ones to experience this problem

I have ordered in the past from BP Plastics and had good service however my latest order has been bad. I placed an order which I only received part of, when chased I was told it was on back order, 2 weeks later I gave up and cancelled the back order, another 4 weeks on I am still waiting for the refund for the cancelled items.

Very poor service from BP Plastics, I dealt with Shaun and was appalled by the lack of communication skills, sometimes rude on the phone, leaving me without a reply for weeks on end, forgetting crucial details of the job. I was actually unable to obtain a solution to my order due to the poor level of customer service provided. I would certainly not deal with this company again!

Used to be a reliable and efficient service. Perhaps feeling the pinch from the lockdown but customer service levels have dropped. Rude on the phone, unhelpful and constantly getting orders wrong. Had several delivered to the wrong address or promised a delivery date only to then constantly lose the order when asked for its whereabouts. I’d rather go straight to the supplier now.
