It turned out to be so simple!!! With clear goals and plans in place for our business, I still felt like I was a busy fool, creating LOADS of different social media content, lead magnets and offers, chucking them all out there to help me meet my goals - I was exhausted! Zoe was so patient and understanding, helping me to understand the 'customer journey', what I could do to improve it, and the impact this would then have on my customer and the number of hours I spend creating content. Zoe explained with diagrams (I'm very visual) what was happening currently and how the new structure would make such a huge difference.
