What a disappointment. Sofology team 5 stars .coffee in coffee shop 5 stars .chap in kitchen ware outlet on ground floor fab .Rest of franchise staff made us feel we were invading their space most couldn't even be bothered to look up from their phone .The thing that shocked me the most .Beautiful building well maintained housing no end of Beautiful furniture, lighting and Art work .Was that they couldn't run to buying a half decent Toilet Roll not what I expected at all .Most of the goods were very overpriced I'm afraid to say
