Easily 5/5. Not only do they make very high quality parts that they continue to support with spares they also have excellent customer service. Even just via email their support is great, diagrams on their website etc Why would you want any thing else on your bike? A few times now they have sent out small spares totally free so I could fix some old stuff. If I ever ran a business I'd like it to be like this.
