Ellington depot. Poor transport office staff. Foul mouthed foreign workers thinking its OK to swear in their native tongue in a so called professional Working establishment. Forcing drivers to take breaks when they are on a bay being loaded/unloaded. Toxic environment that lacks and leadership. Part 2... hi and thank you for your reply. This is correct I am an agency driver that worked 2 years ago for 5 shifts. During these 5 shifts I had a door literally slammed in my face for asking questions at the gate hut by a rude woman busy reading her book. A shunter that ignored me for 30 mins and wouldn't get me an empty trailer. And spoken to like rubbish several times in my short duration. You wouldn't hear of these things because im an agency worker and have no rights. So, I just accepted it. I then returned on 11.06.23 at 05.40 only to be kept standing in the same spot for 45mins in the tight corridor in transport office. And when asking for a chair because my legs were hurting I was shouted at and told to leave for bad attitude. I have been working 20 years and have never been spoken nor treated in such a way. During these 45 mins standing in the transport office on 11.06.23 there were 3 buffaload employees. The woman was consistently swearing in Polish and was not in a good mood. Another was discussing breaks with a driver over the phone as he was on a bay for 3 hours and was told to take a break by office staff. Also he was not on a good mood as next delivery was going to be late. The 3rd employee was very busy dealing with drivers routes and myself. I could see he was busy and patiently waited as you could see on cctv. But they took their busy morning out on me. I did not deserve to be shouted at and to be sent home when I turned down other work. 3 arguments in 6 visits to your site when I attend multiple transport offices everyday and never have any issues. No respect for agency drivers in the transport office. And wouldn't recommend working there to my worst enemy. Ps I have removed the customer service comment as this is the wrong word. The rest I will stand by. Especially the unhelpful staff on this Ellington site, and definitely not polite.

Started work around 6 months ago as a new driver. The staff have been really helpful and it's been a joy to work for the company. Thankyou for having me on board. Also wanted to add as someone who is strict on hygiene I can say the facilities at buffaload are very very clean.
