Outstanding quality and service, highly recommend! Mei-Li helped to customise their wonderful tactile Constellation Stardust ring to be cast in 9ct gold with five birthstones for me. I am incredibly pleased with the result - a beautiful design made even more precious with real gold and birthstones of family members! Buff have wonderfully unique designs with personalised birthstone options and I was so pleased they were open to creating one of their rings in 9ct gold for me. The price was very fair for the materials alone but having received the ring I am thrilled with their craftsmanship too. I also really appreciate the ethos of the brand, their commitment to care and offer of replating if purchasing such items - I have been let down by other companies who charge £££ for really poorly plated items so it's great to see Buff are transparent about the best way to care for jewellery and the ways they can help plated items last longer. Already looking forward to my next purchase!
