Tried multiple times to come to this restaurant every time I call to book a table they say they’ve got availability and when I walk in the door they keep refusing to let me and my partner in because of my ethnicity, when I approached the manager and told them I’m going to have my solicitor on to it and trading standards he replied , I don’t care it’s a private restaurant you can do what you want , and was very rude ,wouldn’t recommend coming to this restaurant can’t believe this is still happing in 2023 , baring in mind I’ve never been inside this restaurant in my life

Very rude!! Staff was very unprofessional !! Booked a table once we arrived told us they wasn’t any thing available ! No one was willing to talk to us left us standing for 10 minutes once we told the manager about this was very rude ! Wouldn’t recommend coming here very unprofessional ! Not very reliable what so ever !

We arrived early and was greeted almost immediately by staff, we were not left to wait at all which was great. We were seated and had our drinks order taken, and the drinks delivered quickly which is unheard of at some places! The steak was absolutely perfect and had a fantastic flavour, and the service by the staff was faultless and we were not left to wait for anything at all. 5/5 definitely returning
