Fantastic people, and excellent facilities to sail. There’s help for learners with great training, and sport for experts, with races up to 3 days a week.

Budworth is a warm, friendly and active sailing club with members from +8yrs to 80yrs+ . They have regular racing on Wednesday, Saturday and Sundays with other nights for dedicated Raceboard racing too. I learn to sail at Budworth which is also a RYA training centre, so you know you are getting top quality coaching. It was also voted as RYA club of the Year 2022 following a nationwide public vote - it really is a hidden gem for sailing in the heat of Cheshire. Fleet racing and high turnouts are very strong at Budworth with the main classes in RS200, ILCA, GP14, Solo, Snipe, Fireflies and junior Toppers to name but a few. Do yourselves a favour and visit now!
