We contacted Shen for a photoshoot and from the start there were always discrepancies with the cost, delays in responding and finally a very condescending conversation with my husband. His unprofessional attitude meant that we felt he didn't deserve our service. Amoung all the positive reviews I ask that people also consider this review when thinking of booking this photographer.

I am fortunate to have come across Shen and his photography service. The whole event was very well co-ordinated. Timely updates and communication via WhatsApp made everything convenient. On the day of the event, Prince was there at the location as planned and agreed upon, and the whole photography session was smooth. My Fiancé recently surprised me with a proposal with the help of Shen. Shen did a fantastic job at arranging the surprise exactly how my fiance had planned! He also arranged for some of the public to be around whilst the proposal was taking place so that we had a lovely applause! Shen really did put in all efforts possible to make this day memorable for both me and my fiance! Our pictures and videos are perfect and I cannot recommend his services enough!!

Shen has been amazing! He went above and beyond to make the day special and he perfected and took care of all the finer details. I like to shop around and do research when I book a service/company. I approached many companies before Shen, but Shen Shen did exactly what the big companies promised but for a fraction of the cost and delivered more than what he should have and for this I and very grateful and still amazing at what an amazing job he has done (Shen tool the photos and his collegue took the video). I would not change a thing, the work, the communication and the transparency was superb. I've never dealt with a person/company that delivers on such amazing customer service and care/after-care when it comes to their work. I can tell Shen loves what he does and loves making other people's days amazing. I could say so much more but this truly was amazing and you should book him and get in touch yourself to see why I've said the above. I will be sure to book Shen for future events.
