Communication from Jake was excellent throughout and I was provided a full written contract that I was pleased to accept. Contacted Budget Driveways and Landscapes late on a Friday afternoon which is never a great time to try to organise any tradesmen! Owner was in his car so said he would call me back when he was able to talk and I expected to never hear from them again but he duly called back around an hour later. They came out to inspect our roof on the Monday and a booklet complete with photos and full quote was sent to our address the very next day - a really fast turn around (especially given that some of the other companies we asked to quote took 3 weeks to send us a very basic quote). They also undertook the work the day after we agreed to the quote which again was great service.
