DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE!! We brought a car that broke in less than 20 days. Legally, the garage has to refund us the money or repair the car for free. They now have had the car AND the money for 3 weeks and refusing to give a refund. No customer service at all..... still waiting for our money and theyve told us to take them to court if we want it back! Disgusting customer service. Research Car Sales Hampshire reviews for hundreds of other bad reviews about this garage! Six weeks and still no refund....! Whatever you do, do not use this garage! Con artists...

Avoid these criminals at all cost. Their shady business tactics, faulty cars and horrific staff are not to be trusted in the slightest. Google "Paul Taylor" and "CSH cars" or "Car Sales Fareham" and read up on some of the horror stories. Look at my account history and trust my words when I say that these guys will scam you and then attempt to rub salt in the wounds by gloating whilst retaining your money, blatantly disregarding consumer law and lying through their teeth to try and misguide legal cases.

THIS IS THE PLACE TO BUY A GREAT RELIABLE CAR,I bought a smashing car from this place 2 years ago,and have been so satisfied at its good performance that we decided to treat ourselves to a upgrade of a newer car,so we went back on Saturday last and chose a great little motor after thinking about it that evening we went back the next day (sunday) to secure the purchase,we are thrilled with this smooth ,classy,runner.My daughter is so jealous of this new purchase that she is very soon going there to buy one also! I know this new car will be a good buy as over the past 2 years I took the old car for all its services and any odd jobs I felt it needed.
