Quiet and calm walk in clinic where I was received by a pleasant and helpful receptionist. Although I was a visitor from outside of Kent, she was able to find my details and asked me to take a seat. After a short while, I was seen by a female doctor. She listened to me carefully and dealt with me in a friendly and unhurried manner. I had left the hospital in less than an hour, feeling cared for and reassured. My own surgery has already contacted me with the referral they received. Thank you for such an excellent experience of our NHS.

Unnecessarily unhelpful. A patient having difficulty walking, due to severe back pain, was refused booking in for an x-ray as "the printout of the form isn't the same format; it doesn't have the lines around the boxes so it doesn't look tidy". Utterly ridiculous. Shown the original on the phone screen; all information is the same. The patient was then driven to the Dr Surgery to get a printout with the lines around the boxes. You honestly couldn't be more unnecessarily difficult. Like the radiologist cares about lines around the outside of boxes.
