When I first walked into the showroom the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Being a single mum and on a budget, Billie was very helpful and informative and at no point pushy. After many weeks searching for an Audi TT, I found what i was looking for at Buckingham . After calling the Garage and speaking to Billy i was impressed by his understanding and patience . I paid a holding deposit on the car and was reassured that if the car did not meet Billys description , he would refund my deposit. Very patronising to me as a girl. ‘I can hear you’re a young girl’ constantly over the phone whilst trying arrange a viewing. I was just looking for a car to buy, I wasn’t fussy on make or model just a reliable one and the guy was only willing to tell me that this ‘one’ car is spares and repairs in a aggressive manner. Definitely lost my sale. I may be a girl but I sure know enough about cars and sales for this not to be the way a potential customer should be treated.

Excellent service. We bought a used VW Polo in February. Billy in sales helped us with our choice of vehicle. There was a small but significant problem with the vehicle after delivery. As soon as I mentioned this to Billy, he worked with Alex in Service to fix it. I am very happy with the way they solved my problem and the vehicle is now completely to my satisfaction. Recently purchased a car from Buckinghams and had the best experience. Billy is so welcoming, very helpful but not pushy. He left us alone to look at the cars, then when we were ready to discuss the one we wanted, the whole buying process was easy, calm and we weren’t rushed. We were able to test drive the car and make sure we were happy with everything before going ahead. Throughout the process Billy and his team were excellent.
