My partner and I are new to luxury watches, and since we’re planning to get him a Rolex as a wedding present instead of a fancy ring, we popped in to check out some of the models. We came in without an appointment on a Saturday and were still assisted by someone to try on a few different watches. Alex was extremely helpful and patient with us and walked us through the history of the brand as well as the history of each of the watch features. He was informative about the process of buying a Rolex (which, as it turns out, isn’t something you just walk into a store and buy — unless you’re really lucky). He was also able to help up make a decision on what kind of watch might be best and have us his opinion on sizes and features that we might want to consider. Overall, this has been a great experience at a luxury store, which can sometimes be incredibly intimidating.

I would just like to say how helpful and honest staff at this store have been over the past week, I made a purchase and had some issues with payment , they were extremely helpful and held my purchase for a few days until I rectified the issue with my bank. I went to Bucherer out of curiosity to get a watch for my wedding. I ended up getting a Rolex Wimbledon thanks to both Margaret and Raul which were an incredible support in this quest. It’s probably the first comment I leave on Google for a customer experience, but these two deserve it. They helped and guided me throughout the process and paid attention to all my needs. We travelled quite far to this store for the purchase of a specific watch for a special occasion. We dealt with Tomas Breen. He was brilliant! Very responsive to emails, even on his days off (above and beyond), so welcoming when we arrived, he made sure it really felt like a special occasion too. Wow.I went there yesterday with my friend to pick up his watch. We were welcomed by Zivile and from the beginning she made us feel so warm & comfortable. The whole experience was overwhelmingly good thanks to Zivile. I liked her service and professionalism so much that I went there the next day to open my own account with her at Bucherer and purchased a Tudor Black Bay to start off with. I had absolutely no plans on opening an account there but Zivile really made the whole occasion of watch buying so special that I wanted to experience it for myself as well. Hats off
