I attended the Bucherer store today in Westfield, Shepherd's Bush and I had a fantastic experience meeting Chloe. Chloe had a friendly and attentive approach. She demonstrated her extensive knowledge of various watch brands in the store. It was such a pleasure to speak to her and to learn from her diverse experience in this field. It was easy to see her passion. She helped me with all my needs without me having to ask. She is an excellent communicator. The store was very well presented. I had very good experience at the store and would definitely visit in the future.

They will waste your time with an appointment and then not follow up on any correspondence. I have now engaged their competitor, who are grateful for my interest and knows how to manage expectations in a professional manner. I can see why so many people dislike this retailer.

Wen't into this store a few weeks ago to enquire about purchasing a rolex, staff were very obnoxious and dismissive acting as if they couldn't sell me anything that was on display and that they don't have anything in stock, even if true, thats fine. Take my details or something and let me know what comes in as I'm interested but upon further research you find there is a lot of underhand practices in the Rolex buying world, you can't go direct to rolex to order a custom watch and you have to use an Authorised Dealer, the authorised dealers either sell their allocation of stock quickly to resellers (probably with a nice little off the books tip) or to avid collectors. Which means you can only buy it off the resellers for extortionate prices and which means I cannot a custom watch. Safe to say I won't be coming back wasting my time entering into this nonsensical charade.

Last time I purchased several timepieces from the Bucherer Westfield shop was several years ago. Was there yesterday and met a new member of staff to me who was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely courteous. As a result of such mannerism and as a collector I most certainly will be visiting the store again and for sure purchase a few more timepieces. Bravo and thank you.
