Excellent and friendly service ! 20 years after putting it on I had come to the realisation that my wedding ring had somehow shrunk and was causing too much discomfort.. I didn't have a clue about how to go about rectifying this but just popped in to ask Ian's advice... short time later it was carefully and painlessly removed and and I'll be back soon to get it resized (the ring, not my finger).
