We chose Buchannan’s as part of the ‘free wills’ scheme in March. Unfortunately our original appointment had to be cancelled due to our having covid(!), but the receptionist was lovely and there were no issues with moving to a new date. The will was for my brother who has learning difficulties and can be very reticent with strangers. Alex was amazing with him. Put him at ease from the word go and I think he now sees him as a ‘mate’! Excellent service, highly professional and approachable / friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Iv used this solicitor since 2018 and I had a good experience until Gemma Doyle the account manager took over from the previous lady that I did my accounts with .. Gemma Doyle has over charged me twice I only found out as I checked my invoice to my bank statement and she tried to charge me twice for council fees I questioned it and she put it down to a mistake then I had another invoice saying I owe them £122 and dated the sane date saying I now owe anther £850 and the solicitor hadn't even done anything for me to be owed this.. so if anyone uses this company please make sure you double check invoice as Gemma will try chaging you twice she's very unprofessional and doesn't even take calls and only does emails
