  I had a 7 block of bespoke pro thermal kennels built along with a double which were 10 m square each. A double marple to act as whelping kennels 8 square meters each side. Another marple 4 square meters as a quarantine kennel. 2 whelping boxes with pig rails and sliding front hatches for whelping kennels plus another whelping box which was made to fit in a space in our kitchen. John and his team were very flexible as we had moved property and needed builds being done in time frames and in different order of what came first etc. Couple of minor issues were sorted out after all completed and paid for. Very pleased with everything done and how friendly John and his team have been.Sorry its took a while to give you a review.

  I did a LOT of research before deciding which company to use and Buchan's ticked ALL the boxes. The ordering process, dealing with the company, the staff, the quality of the materials and the construction process is totally professional. I am very happy with the final result and the pups are even happier they now have their own pad! Special mention to Leanne, who was the first point of contact and a credit to the company! - Thank you! - TWO YEARS ON . . . Recently had to move to a new house and contacted Buchan to remove and reassemble the kennels at the new property a mile up the road. The service, as ever, was remarkable and swift. John & Jason started at 9.30am and the job was completed by 2.30pm - thoroughly professional. A BIG thank you guys from Willow, Monty and me!

  I’ve bought 3 double thermal kennels and a whelping/store area plus run spending roughly £20k. The kennels have been ok, they have poor ventilation creating mold. There is rust to some of the supposed none rusting components and things like door hold backs which he forgot to put on all doors have been left undone. Asked to come back multiple times via phone as wanted some additional work and repairs done which I was willing to pay for but as they only be ‘small jobs’ relative to the large amounts previously spent John has ghosted all calls leaving Leanne to just field the messages (who I’ll add is very pleasant). There is zero aftercare, once he’s taken your money forget about any service. The man is ignorant!

  I cant speak highly enough about the Buchan Family Business.The whole process of seeking advice from Leanne to the delivery and assembly of the Chatsworth Triple Kennel Block was seamless . Mr Buchan very kindly responded immediately to my request to bring the delivery date forward due to my altered circumstance and two of his delighful and professional sons arrived to install the kennels . I am very impressed with the qualiry and finish of the product ..and will highly recommend the company to anyone considering choosing Buchans .

  Please ignore the review i left above, this was a total misunderstanding from myself and Buchans Kennels, they have bent over backwards to sort this out and have been so professional, kennels are coming on Wednesday so will leave another review once built. Thank you Buchan's Kennels.

  We did a lot of research on where to buy our kennel, but after speaking to Leanne at Buchan's, who was so lovely and helpful, we decided to go with them. They helped to get our order processed quicker than their original lead time as we had a specific need for the kennel sooner, which was so greatly appreciated. When it arrived, the guys delivering it were prompt, polite and had the kennel up within about an hour! The kennel itself is great quality and looks really smart. We couldn't fault the service or the product. Thanks very much to all at team Buchan's!

  Just received delivery of my Elworth 4 block of kennels, this is my second kennel block from Buchans and cannot rate them highly enough, the kennel was delivered 5 weeks early and the customer service was first class, Leanne was a pleasure to deal with and made the process very easy. John and team delivered and installed the shed with ease, what an efficient professional fitting service. Look no further you have found your kennel supplier !
