Booked in with Helen in desperation as having over a week with very little sleep from sciatica and shingles. Helen began with 45 minute weekly massage and acupuncture which eased the intense pain. After some 6 sessions which became stretched to fortnightly and then 3 weeks I have never felt better and enjoy a good night's sleep. Affordably priced and well worth the spend. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Bubbling Spring Acupuncture Clinic.

I visited Helen at Bubbling Springs after 5 weeks of acute insomnia . She is so calm and attentive, and actually listens to you. I felt the benefit of each treatment , and on the third treatment, using acupuncture, a heat lamp, and her intuition, I had a release of energy following which I felt so much lighter! I slept for a solid 6 hours that night and have continued to re establish my sleep pattern. Helen is a gifted practitioner, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Am so very grateful!

Often we turn to alternative therapies as a last resort. After years of breaking my body I have found Helen at bubbling spring who has had a significant impact on my comfort through exploring and trying different therapies. I'm tempted not to say how positive the experience has been incase she becomes too popular and I won't be able to book in! Sounds extreme but after constant pain I really appreciate the relief I have experienced and feel positive for the the first time in many months.

I suffer from acute migraines, neck and upper back pain. I have been taking medication for my migraines for years and they were increasing in severity. Lots of tests had been done and my GP and I were looking at possible medical intervention. Acupuncture was suggested and I was so lucky to find Helen at Bubbling Spring Clinic. I booked a course of treatments to begin with. Helen was professional, friendly and made me feel at ease. Everything was explained clearly, as I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. The treatment has really helped my migraines, I have now reduced the amount of medication I was taking. I feel so much better. I am now on a maintenance programme, having a treatment every 6-8 weeks. I feel so much better and the treatment is definitely helping me. The Clinic is immaculate and the whole experience is so very relaxing. I highly recommend Helen.
