Worst bubble tea we've ever had by far. It was room temperature and when my wife asked to swap them for cold ones she was told to buy them! £9 for two standard fruit ones is acceptable if they are decent... these fell well short. Avoid. Just to Clarify, I am not "working for your competitors" We were paying customers that came in after Ice skating. You simply cant keep fobbing off bad reviews as fake. Ultimately your business will suffer. Its not like there aren't other places that sell this stuff... we chose to come to you on that occasion. Actually as you've annoyed me by calling me (basically) a liar. The women serving was rude and had no customer skills at all. Good luck....think you are going to need it!

I had a lovely experience! The staff was absolutely lovely, and I got a free sweet because it was my birthday :). I got honey peach tea with mixed jelly, and it is delicious. 10/10, would go again
