A beautiful birthday surprise treat, which made the birthday girl feel special. Bring the luxury spa to her home. Excellent service, professional staff who were approchable and friendly. I needed them to be discrete and be able to set up early, Jeremy was absolutely amazing, he exceeded our expectations and was fast and efficient. No fuss, mess, easy, fast set up and collection.

Awful customer service, they ignore emails and messages on Instagram and then randomly cancelled my stay 2 weekends before the time. They then had the nerve to tell me to find something else in such short time and tried to make themselves look like the good guys by cancelling 'so early'. I now have inconveniently look for somewhere else (if there is even anything decent available) and probably pay a premium for booking so late. They were adamant to not compensate in anyway for the disappointment or inconvenience caused. The manager claimed he was in charge yet kept saying he was not allowed to do anything. 100% wouldn't recommend.

Would just like to thank you for an amazing service. Your driver was so professional setting up and well mannered. Took his shoes off when he arrived which wasn’t expected but appreciated. Collection was quick and he cleaned up the water that was left. The package deal was great. I’ve used these hot tub company’s before and this is by far the best one. I was so disappointed with their services I booked as surprise for valentines night They came and install the hot tub at 13:00 but did not fill it with water and let the water warm up as they were supposed to ( this was discussed in previous messages ) as it takes 6/7 hours to warm up , so when I came home at 18:00 they expected me to fill it with it hot water from my water tank which was not even getting half full , It was obviously no enough and unfortunately by that point my night was ruined , I had no other plan so basically all my valentines date was awfaul especially considering I had them back to take it out at 8:00 pm They refunded in full , but that it no apologise nothing I had the idea of using their flat instead for Friday to make up for the night ( I would have paid for it obviously ) but they did not even bother to respond ! Poor customer service , shame because I loved the idea and I have been recommending them to lots of people
