    Had a really bad experience today. We ordered 5 cups of the Bubble Tea and they all lack flavour. It’s like heaven and hell sort of difference from the last experience we had with the shop. You can totally tell from the colour of the tea that they are more like milk than tea. We told the staff and asked to help with adding more tea but was refused and told “it’s like that”. The staff showed no interest to serve us customers better and zero remorse with making such horrible teas. As I said, it tasted 300% better the last time in visited - with a different staff of course. Also, we asked for 50% less ice and look at the photo. Is this 50% less ice from this shop’s standard? From that staff, apparently yes. We are completely turned off but both the taste of the tea and more so the attitude of the staff. Very disappointed and it’d be hard to motivate me to drive such a long way to visit this shop again.

    We have tried all bubble tea places in Watford and can say Bubble King has the best bubble tea in Watford... very underrated We have been there few times and have tried fruit teas, Taro and Creme Brulee. They were all so good and not too sweet. Have tried their hot food also which was really good... Excellent customer service. Definitely will be visiting again and again :)

    Lovely drinks and great customer service! The brown sugar milk tea is really tasty and the best one in town. Definitely reccomend this place over Mooboo. Will be coming back again another day
