Absolutely terrible experience. A scam of a place. Refused to refung my money after false advertisement. The server told me I can have up to 7 bubbles with my tea. I proceeded to ask for 7 choices. After paying I noticed the price was high and I saw a 50p charge for each bubble topping. The server did not do her due diligence to inform me that my choices would reflect a charge. The manager said they have a "zéro refund policy" and refused to refund me saying the prices were clear. Their policy which I asked to read (and I do not agree should be legal) , says they will try to make a drink of choice in a dispute. I want to make it clear that instead of going down this route, the manager spoke to me in a condescending tone and absolutely refused to see where I was coming from or speak to me like a human. I am stuck with a drink that I do not want and is completely full of bubbles (because once again this wasn't explained to me). I advise you all to never patronise this place if you do not want to be conned out of your hard earned money in this cost of living crisis. What was meant to be a lovely experience turned my whole day sour.

They are now playing old trick of alternating Tapioca bubbles with some silly bubble(very cheap) with charging same money as Tapioca. I am no longer a customer. You'll lose another of customer by charging premium price for cheaper item. This has started 3 weeks ago. 😳

Horrible!! Me and my partner bought bubble tea today and it was the worst bubble tea we ever had (and we visit mane different bubble tea shops). We were feeling of trying something new and travled to meadowhall. I got my favourite lychee tea and my partner took milk tea.. I didn't want any ice in my drink so they decided to make my drink directly in my cup, meaning no blending happen.. all the sweetner and the syrup was at the bottom and it was to sweet. And my drink was luke warm as well. My partners drink was in fact shaked but only for a few seconds. So it was not blended enough and oh yeah the forgot the sweetner in his drink, so it tastes horrible too. We will never ever again visit this shop. And would never recommend to anyone either!
