The BTP team have been fantastic, they jumped straight to assist my dad with his pest control problem! We could not fault them, from Claire and Simons kind help and great organisation skills from the start to Ricardo attending onsite and talking my dad step by step through the whole process not to mention the funny banter the two of them had on each visit! I have called BTP 3 times to help out with wasp issues. They have been incredibly prompt and helpful each time. The first visit they established I didn’t have an actual nest but tried to help remove and deter and give advice regardless, and on a return visit when I was convinced I still had a problem, they returned without complaint and tried to help again. The third visit then helped again by supplying traps to help with the problem which isn’t easy when it isn’t a full blown nest to remove. Each visit was by Conor Hollis and he was such a friendly and helpful guy, he was a pleasure to have visit our property, and is obviously very passionate about what he does and in helping people out. Thanks Conor and also to Claire who was helpful and prompt with emails and phone calls.

Everyone we spoke to at BTP was incredibly helpful and went over and above to help us sort out our wasp issues. Someone was able to come out very quickly (twice!) and prices are very reasonable. I would definitely go back to them for any future pest issues.
