Went there earlier today for a large stonechip to be repaired that a large glass company said I needed a new windscreen. The guy here was very helpful and informative, he explained there would be a slight blemish due to the size of the chip but it would be mainly gone. I was very happy with the service I received, my only constructive comment would be for them to accept card payment as I had to pop home and get some cash as I only had my phone on me I am very happy with the way the large chip turned out and definitely saves the hassle of putting a complete new windscreen in it. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks !

Rear screen broke on our car. Our insurer put us through to Autoglass who couldn't do the repair for 5 days. Not good when it's raining and your car is outside exposed to the rain and also unsecure. Phoned BTB who said they could do the job the next morning. They contacted my insurers and even stored my car in their workshop to protect it from the rain. Job was done and we're very happy with their service and genuine friendliness. BTB are the perfect example of why we should support our small local independent businesses. Thoroughly recommended.
