We had a bad experience with a different company before purchasing the same product from BT Office. Both firms had similar feedback scores, but you never know that they might be bogus in some cases... Instead of being questioned by the other seller, when a faulty product was delievered , Bt Office was sound and they rectified the small damage that was occured to one of the castor wheels. Great item, we do really like it and great customer service from Becky and Derek. Thank you very much!

We recently carried out a refurbishment project on our offices and were in need of a company to supply us with some great new furniture. We came across BT Office, who very promptly responded to our enquiry and came in to measure up and talk about what we wanted. I dealt with Nigel throughout the whole planning process, and I have to say he is fantastic. We weren't sure how to get the most out of the space we have, and he gave us so many great ideas, a lot of them we went with. He really took the time to get to know us and our business in order to give the right solutions for us. We've now had our furniture delivered. Dave and his team assembled everything really quickly for us, kept us informed of all delivery times and just provided us with such a great service. BT Office have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. We've already booked them for another project!
