Addition- Other reviews on here have also been put on by the staff of the BTLB i'd consider another place to work, they're currently giving small pay increases to retain staff and pay them peanuts and hardly any commission. LOOK ELSEWHERE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED Moved to Sheffield 2020 and worked at this Leeds office for just over a year, the team members were great but the environment from one of the directors was toxic. Constant phone calls asking staff there whereabouts and what they're doing, even though he could clearly see call stats. Pressure for acquiring new business only and not looking after existing customers. No work/life balance, awful commission structure, desk, staff and field members being paid different wages even if experienced. Constant criticism even if you have the right behaviour and work ethic being in the BTLB SME market for 8 years. I would really consider your options before going to his office and being treated like a child essentially. It felt like the director BV was constantly putting you down, trying to catch you out even though you're doing nothing wrong. A clear Narcissist who micro manages his employees to the point of mental exhaustion, if you need more evidence ask other field members in the team. FYI - lots of other BTLB's are not like this, go to a business who look after there staff.
