We had them come to service our boiler Monday and since nothing has worked we have no hot water, not heating with a 3 year old 6 year old who has a nasty cough we were told Thursday morning then moved to Friday afternoon still no show now been told 6am Saturday 6 days no hot water or heating I really hope tomorrow especially after being told Friday and juggling work Has not been a great service wish they hadn’t come to services as worked fine before
