An absolute shambles, unprofessional instructors unable to appear at the correct test centre (thanks Chris) missing my date and time, then refusing to take responsibility and trying to charge more, arrogant and ignorant managers, unprofessional and incompetent bunch of unhelpful amateurs. Thank you for wasting my time and spoiling my birthday surprise. An absolute disgrace.
