We wanted a work surface that was not only functional, but stylish too. The sleek finish was a key factor in the requirements I had in my mind. That is when I came across BSF. The process was effortless, i said I wanted a white surface, little did I know I had so many white options to choose from. In the end I went for a beautiful slick onyx white. The team measured and templated and even provided guidance around the the fabrication of the sink that I wanted as I had a boiling water tap and insinkerator installed. The customer service was incredible with a faultless installation. The work surface is beautiful and seamless which is exactly what I was hoping for. During the process, I realised I couldn’t get a double bathroom sink in the measurements I needed, so BSF fixed this problem by designing and fabricating one to my specific requirements. Having installed both of these, I realised the dining table I was searching for was non-existent. I shared a very poor diagram of what existed in my head, and true to form, BSF created my vision impeccably. I totally recommend this company for all your solid surface needs. I myself will be in touch at some point as I need coffee table to match the rest of my family space.

BSF solid surfaces supplied and fitted our kitchen worktop and sink in our new extension.Having had spend a few weekends looking around kitchen showrooms and we had a good idea of what we wanted. BSF were recommended to us by a fiend and having called them I spoke to the director Nicola who was very informative and went over the details of what we wanted. She made several recommendations with a good explanation of what materials would work best I’m our kitchen and advised on the materials finish, edging and colours and was very quick to provide quotation. Our initial impressions were very good and gave the job to BSF and were not disappointed. A surveyor was out quickly to measure up and we were given a date for the fitting based on when our our kitchen would be easy. We received several communications regarding the progress of the worktop and to check we would be easy for the fitting. Following this we received a 2nd confirmation they would be at our property on the agreed date to fit the kitchen. The fitters arrived early and completed an excellent job making corrections to the worktop onsite for some of the plasterwork which was slightly out,. The fitter were very professional and ensured they cleaned up properly after the job was complete and ensured we were happy with the job before we left and gave a advice on looking after the worktop. We also received a call following the job from Nicola to ensure we were happy with the work done. We wouldn’t have any hesitation recommending BSF to any of our family and friends.

What a great company to deal with, they fitted 5 tops for us one with a corian sink, one with a stainless steel sink and 3 plain. All templated in a single visit then fitted a few weeks later. Every time an appointment was made they kept it, great communication all the way from first meeting to final fitting. When fitting was due they turned up on the day and on time. We were really pleased with the fitting of the tops and the professionals who carried out the fitting. I’d be happy to recommend BSF Solid Surfaces to anyone.

Highly unprofessional to work with, as a limited company director supplying subcontractors, I have never come across a company as greedy, they cut corners and have no loyalty. Their work ethic is to use sub contractors and spit them out, which is why, I imagine, the reason they are constantly looking for people to work for them. Avoid at all costs, the solid surface materials are often manufactured faulty, and they will make that your problem, and at your cost. This is a review of my experience with this company, it is based on true events and can be supported with real evidence.
