His MO is to tell you anything to get you to employ his services; he will tell you he has a limited company (his company went into liquidation in June 2017), no callout charges and no fees if he can’t fix the problem. But this is all lies! He will attend your property and surprise surprise it is something he hasn’t dealt with before; he then finds excuses why he should not fix your issue and charges for this information. I don’t even think he is qualified. Barry Swain then uses intimidation tactics to coerce people to pay up. Google him, he has been arrested previously due to his unfair business practices.
