Bryhill are amazing. I had a surveyor of a property I was buying freak out and tell me to run away from a property with the damp issues. I employed Bryhill to come along and check out the damp issues. Rob looked at every aspect of the house and reassured me about the problems, and how easily they could be fixed. Because of Bryhill's expert advice, I was able to purchase the property and feel safe knowing it wasn't going to fall apart on me. I haven't had any work done by them yet so will update once I have, but as for the survey of the property and quote for the works, I can not recommend them enough.

They caused damage in the property mainly causing marks and dents on the walls due to carelessness. They were unable to do a clean job. Much to our dismay they didn't bother putting dust sheets/protection down until midway through the first day of work - causing a great deal of mess. Unfortunately an inexperienced member of their team also caused damage to one of our walls by using the wrong drill piece, and drilling from the wrong direction - causing a big chunk of plaster to fall from the wall. Bryhill did apologise for this and rectified the issue, however it was another inconvenience and delay. Professionalism was also lacking. They spent a lot of time bad mouthing management in our presence. They were unable to do a full days work, often leaving at 3pm without notice and without providing an update on the progress of work. The quality of workmanship was poor. They told management that the job was complete - when it certainly wasn't. And when they came back to do the snagging even that was of bad quality. What was originally briefed as a one day job took 5 days to complete. Additional work was requested and there were issues with faulty parts - but overall the pace of work was extremely slow. Unfortunately for us our experience was a catalogue of errors, so on that basis I would not recommend.

Bryhill a company with quality. were called into do a damp course on our property,we can honestly say every tradesman that came into our home were curtious, professional,cleaned up after themselves each day & had a great work ethic & listened to our concerns & reassured us whilst explaining what was happening. Dust protection was put in place,everywhere we asked & was not a problem.we would highly recommend this company to anyone. Mr & Mrs Williams ,London.

Bryhill are a joke... started the job at my property 3 weeks ago leaving walls uneven from plastering and plug sockets not being put back until i contacted them to do so. How can i live in a temporary accomodation and manage the works whilst looking after my child. Professionalism is slacking to another level. Also ruined my flooring, spilt some sort of concrete liquid and has left them to rise. Didnt have enough common sense to approach the side-skirting from the top, considering they were taking the wall off anyway. Bryhill decided to take it off from the bottom and has chipped my flooring with the mindset of.... "we cant replace it, its the contracters faught". Extremely upset.
