Office were great and professional, but movers damaged items, made damages to the property we moved in. When I raised a complaint, was given a generic apology and a complicated form to fill in, asking for receipts for items that we bought years ago, and asking if we had our own insurance. I didn't fill it in, as I hadn't the time, nor the energy to argue the toss. No follow up, no check in. When I wrote in the paperwork that damage had been done this apparently was ignored by the office, as I had to email them to complain. They packed up well, but were in such a hurry to unpack us they just chucked everything in the house. Boxes blocking doorways, bedside tables other side of the room to the bed and boxes on there sides.

We recently chose Brycelands to move homes. They were very quick to respond to my emails and gave a quote no fuss. On the day of the move the vans turned up punctual early morning raring to go The staff were very helpful, friendly and hard working and got the vans packed in quick time. We were over to our new house before mid day and managed to grab lunch prior to receiving the keys. With unpacking again very hard working and on the ball, always double checking where we wanted things to go. Moving home is so hard but Brycelands made it so easy. Thank you so much. Would definitely recommend.
