Do not use this dry cleaners. Took my wedding dress in to be cleaned. Bad communication, I had to call to check on my dress despite them saying they call their customers when it is ready. Terrible staff and customer service, the attitude of one lady in particular was disgusting. I was told I view my dress before it is boxed up, went to view my dress and I was not happy with it as it was still dirty and it is expensive to have cleaned (£125) so I would expect it to be clean. When I told the lady I was not happy and asked would they clean it one more time she basically walked away and aggressively hung my dress back on the rail. What is the point in being able to view it first if you are not able to say it is not good enough?! When I went back in to view the second time (again, after me having to call them) the rude woman would not even come out to serve me and muttered things under her breath, I was being made to feel like a moaner when I had done nothing wrong. Dress was still not clean, despite them saying they have done it 3 times so I asked to speak to the manager. Again terrible customer service, no apology, I was just told they don’t guarantee getting things 100% clean...I just wish someone had said this in the first place. I had no option other than to pay for my dress to get it back and have not even been offered a discount as a gesture because they cannot provide the service I agreed to pay for. If I was getting the dress cleaned to be able to sell it then that would not be a possibility now. The fact the dress isn’t clean is one thing but it is more the way they dealt with the situation that has made me leave this review. It wouldn’t have taken much to say “we tried our best but it isn’t 100% clean” rather than treat me badly. The lady continuously rolls her eyes at you.
