    This is my 2nd review. If you are still making your mind up about PT Bryant is by far the best. Just contact him, you won't regret it. Three years now ive been PT ING with Bryant and not had any repeated sessions. Today was no exception. Stress levels were high before the weekend and had dropped by this morning but Bryant knew exactly how to get the best from me with the session he had pre planned. Worked hard but still had fun. Don't think you can't exercise or make a difference. With Bryant anything and everything is possible 🙆 .so much so for me.. .no longer seeing a consultant re a debilitating blood disorder that has an intolerance to exercise... Really.
