Paul swept both my chimneys and I thought he was the best sweep I had ever met. A really good guy whose work was perfectly clean and 100% reliable. He also carried out a minor repair which meant he had to return the next morning (Saturday). He was punctual, respectful and did the best job I have ever seen. I lived here nearly 30 years and have seen a few sweeps come and go. I look forward to his return visit in May. Shirley is a joy as well. Cannot rate them highly enough. Paul turned up at my property on time and got to work straight away. After explaining everything to me, he prepared the area around the carpet and wall taking extra care around the tiles before getting to it. I couldn’t believe how much came out of the chimney and that he didn’t stop until it was completely clear. An added bonus was when Paul used a drone to check the chimney pot and structure of the chimney incase the recent storm had caused any damage (luckily not) Overall I found the service to be extremely professional, reliable and not overpriced.
