Be careful, I was turned away today due to 'odd/even' days, where did this concept even arise? During COVID, I accept it kept the yard clearer, but today the yard was empty apart from one car. I have often observed dumped, (fly tipping) beds/matresses etc. and often wondered why, when the household waste disposal was so near, now I see why, the frustration. There is no need to fly tip, equally is there a need to second guess if I am able to attend the waste disposal facility today or not? I honestly believe the creater of this rule has indirectly increased 'fly tipping', stupid.
