Reordered a plaque that I had made several years ago. The sales team failed to advice me that they don’t use oak and it would be a different wood painted a strange yellow colour to try and mimic an oak color. Can’t take the brass plate off as the thread in the fixing bolt has gone. Poor customer service. Won’t use a again.

Mr Siddique here I ordered for My grandma Grave Order number BE-119267 First prize shows £29 end paid £52 very poor product size like a iPhone size No support , very bad quality product can’t properly read from distance cheap size and quality so expensive not recommend at all can’t except this product it’s really annoying .
