Excellent Company. I telephoned requesting a quote, I was met with a very professional advisor. She was pleasant and incredibly helpful. I received a swift email response with an excellent quote. As the Advisor was so friendly - I chose this company. I paid through their system, easy to use. Received a paid receipt. A confirmation email of my driver and so forth. The Driver (14/05/23) - Peter was incredibly nice and polite. We had a long journey, he ensured my children and I were seated safely. He arrived on time, exceptionally clean car. 10/10 service. Tried to book this company for 2 trips , one for a week later and one for mid March. From the start we had difficulty getting e mail returns from them and later found out that the were sending to I cloud , eventually made contact only to be told they wanted up front payment for both trips ( 2nd trip not to mid March ) They charged considerably more than other quotes but they had been recommended by a friend , so booked. I quiried this second payment and they agreed that the March payment could be sent nearer the March date . Made the first payment 2 days before travel days on a system of theirs called Beepaid even though I offered to pay over the phone by card .Today an irate person rang to say no payment made , I checked with the bank and the payment has gone to them and is still pending . NatWest says this payment cannot be stopped and they became abusive and say they will not collect us nor will they refund the money when it clears. Beware of these people please Please note we will now not be able to rebook a fresh taxi in time for our holiday early the next morning.
