Exploiting pet owners by falsely advertising personalised care when they are hugely overcrowded and under-resourced. Supposedly ‘unleashing happiness’ but actually unleashing way too many dogs onto flooded fields of mud, in poorly maintained facilities. Also very difficult to raise concerns or address issues as higher ups do not want to recognise fault and are extremely quick to stop responding.

After speaking filling out an enquiry form and with absolutely no info whatsover I got an automated email saying they do not accept border collies! I'm shocked and it's really sad and disrespectful they don't accept a particular breed because of their 'excitement' levels. Apart from the fact that my dog is a rescue with lots of different breeds in her, she looks like a border collie but only has 10% of it in her - she is a super lazy dog who sleeps all day as she spent 3 years of her life in a cage until we rescued her. It's actually quite bad that they pride themselves of being dog lovers but generalise something like this without assessing on a day to day basis. After reading some of the reviews I'm so glad my dog got rejected for this.

Absolutely brilliant service, my dog has really enjoyed going there since it opened and we have never had any problems. They are so friendly and flexible, it has made working life with a dog so much more manageable. I'd recommend their service to anyone who is looking for high quality doggy day care.

Can’t fault the premises and lovely staff. Only problem is they don’t allow bully breeds?! Get a grip it’s 2023. This should be a case by case decision. (For all breeds) To not allow these beautiful friendly and loving breeds is shocking but their loss! My beautiful staff is part of many large walking groups and has never shown any aggression. I’m almost sure any of the employees would take bully breeds in a heartbeat if allowed.

BEST doggy day care EVER!!! 🌟 The staff are awesome, they completely get how important it is to keep your dog happy, safe, clean and cared for. Duke literally LOVES going there and is so happy when lovely Amanda comes to collect him (she’s his favourite ❤️). The team are always ready to answer any questions (thank you team, especially Alex for being so quick to respond!) and so sweet and understanding (eg today we were running late and we were greeted with a warm friendly smile - she completely took the stress away). I am so pleased Duke has this wonderful place to visit - happy dog happy life!!! ☺️❤️
