A good area only spoilt by one thing, the Council's Planning Department. The planners have a complete disregard for home owners and allow neighbours and developers to build just about anything they like. Homes and lives ruined by poor planning decisions. In other boroughs, planners will not approve anything which has a detrimental effect upon neighbours. Not so at Broxtowe. Broxtowe Planning Department isn't fit for purpose. A disgrace.
