One the most useless council with the least capable people working in it. I provided documents to pay less council tax last month and this month they charged 40% more... They don't even deserve 1.8 stars because the service provided is below 0.

worst council website, not user friendly, you need to input and asterisk when searching for planning permission... very very UNUSABLE. You guys really need to have a look at your website and think about the end user. no wonder why local searches take upwards of 4 weeks to arrive, other boroughs are two weeks max. absolute travesty of a council.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Untrained staff that can’t even get access to a computer to leave a note on my file. Wasted my whole lunch and still got nowhere. Complete waste of time

Some Parts of the website are out of date. Waiting times on phone are too long. Get passed from one department to another.

Bin men have to be constantly reminded to collect glass recycling. Had to chase them down the road today when they once again forgot my bin. Still not taken. Two times in a row. Wonder if Broxborne Council will take notice if I stopped recycling and put the glass in the black bin. Would never think of being so irresponsible but wish the Council helped those who are interested in helping the planet.

I moved out of my previous property 18th September 2021 however Broxbourne council have forwarded onto a debt collection agency saying I haven't paid the council tax from 19th September 2021 to 20th October 2021. This is absolutely disgusting and outrageous. I notified Broxbourne of my leaving date well in advance and do not appreciate having this on my credit file. I am currently in the process of getting this rectified and taking this further.
