Avoid, visited today 9/10/2022. I can not explain what the lady done to my eyebrows, but I hate them, tried to explain what I usually get done, lady had bad attitude, so I was not even going to let her try and rectify it. £7 for nothing because I still need by eye brows doing. In 20 years of getting my eye brows done I have never looked at them and thought what the hell.

Shockingly bad! Woman removed the ends of my eyebrows (about a third of the brow in total) and butchered the shape of them and when I complained she argued with me that I'd come in like that despite the obvious change in my skintone where she had just removed the hair! Avoid at all costs!

Usually get decent service however last time I went there the lady with the glasses wrecked my eyebrows and tried to blame it on me. I asked if she could fix it but stopped after 5 seconds and said it was done. The lady with the glasses is bad with doing eyebrows

If I could give nil stars I would, let me just start there. I bought the special brow makeover plus some threading on my chin. The girl asked me what colour I wanted - slightly darker blond eyebrows and brown eye lashes - after feeling as I couldn't see her doing the job - no threading involved only waxing (which is not what I asked for) I looked at my now black uneven waxed eyebrows - I am very blonde and it made me look like a clown! Absolutely horrific - I asked for her to tone it down as it was most definitely not what I asked for, and I think she was using water to try and get black tint off?? I said to her I wanted blond/ brown and why on earth did she use black - she said that she ONLY HAD BLACK!!! If that is the case why did she agree to do my brows?? I have spent the last 2 days trying to get them to tone down, as I had this done for a special occasion which has been ruined by my stupidness of using this business. Never again! Absolutely shocking service and to be told it should calm down by Wednesday is not good enough! Customer service is priority and you have not given me priority! Absolutely disgusted by this service. Also the threading was never done and the waxing of my chin is botched as the hairs have been completely missed! I would never recommend coming here, I am just sad that I did! Service: Waxing
