Building put up in just five days, looks great and has attracted many compliments. Two very agreeable Roberts executed the task. Thank you. Since writing the above, I have contacted Browns regarding the reinstallation of a water butt which it was agreed would be done when the building was complete. The last written exchange about this was on April 16th., since when I have heard nothing - draw your own conclusions!

Having met Chris (the previous owner) and had the full sales experience, I was looking forward to great things. Yes a well built garden room, but over promised and under delivered in all areas. Bad communication, disjointed contractors used for the job and now left with the interior unfinished and broken interior light. Multiple promises were made about finishing the job, yet nothing. I have now had to engage with local tradespeople to ensure that the room gets the interior finish that was sold. Really disappointed which is shame being that it was marketed, sold and promised as a prestige experience.

Really pleased with my fabulous “craft/sewing” room. Craig, the Manager, was extremely helpful with design changes, planning and also all the logistics!! Even though there was a bit of a wait, the guys who came to build the room were also professional and tidy - they did a great job! In fact all the staff I spoke to were friendly and amenable. All in all, I would definitely recommend the company for an excellent service and product.

Excellent service, beautiful building, efficient and friendly installers. What more can I say? I love it!! High quality building with good security (which for me was an important factor). Everything happened on time and Chris & Craig both kept in contact, so I knew what was going on along the way, they were flexible and did everything they could to meet my (changing!) requirements. I would definitely recommend these guys.
