I had a beautiful pendant necklace that I bought elsewhere but the chain had broken. I took it to Browns who provided a beautiful silver chain from a wide selection and one of their wonderful goldsmiths attached my pendant. It looks as good as new and the chain is much better quality than the original one. Reasonably priced and fantastic customer service. I’ll definitely be using Browns again. Thank you so much.
