I rang Glenn as had been trying to find someone to repair our Samsung American fridge freezer. (7 years old) It sounded like motor fan was struggling and consequently cooling system not working! I explained this to Glenn and gave him model number. He explained there would be a call out charge but as he had worked for Samsung I felt okay with that. He arranged to come and look the next day. He arrived promptly opened it all up and immediately found problem. I was happy to pay for a part that was needed and his call out charge. 5 star service really recommend. Sharon from Essex
