Last week used Brown's Coaches for a school trip with 60 kids. Driver was excellent! He checked the destination and route with the group leader upon entry to the coach and was very patient whilst we got all kids settled. Coach was immaculately clean with all belts in good working order. The driver did some fantastic maneuvering to get into a narrow car park on arrival at our destination, despite a busy Leeds road with many cars parked on the street. He also helped throughout the day with getting packed lunches stored on and off the coach and when we came back at lunch was even cleaning the interior too! Overall, excellent service, thanks! 😊

We a group of 20 children included Went to beamish meseum of the north as a family for a relative's birthday, driver was more than accommodating extra stops for the little ones when needed, helped with sick from a travel sick passenger, polite and diligent could ask for anything more. All around great trip definitely use again. Seat belts available on our coach which helped.

Same issue as alot of people by the looks, terrible driver(s). I pulled out left of a junction on a green light to join a queue of traffic when a browns coach came up behind me and started pipping his horn for no reason, didn't think it was aimed at me until he stuck his finger up as he later passed on the inside in a bus lane. Peeved me right off, unfortunately there office don't care either as according to them its "stressful driving" really? And it could have been a number of drivers because by all accounts they don't have a where abouts of them at any one time. Fortunately I've a dashcam of it, might put it on Facebook to gauge opinions of what I did wrong. Jokers.
