I went and had a consultation with Lauren who explained everything clearly to me and made an appointment for the following week. I had 1/2 head of highlights and colour.     Came in the first time to get a facial and the girl was lovely. I believe she was the owners daughter. Talked me through the process and was really helpful in advising me on treatments they offered and even when offers were starting. As she was so lovely, I booked to come in a few weeks later to get Botox. I was firstly called to say the owner is running late and was it okay to push it back 40 mins which I said was fine but when I arrived, I was in and out the treatment room in 2 minutes. I wasn’t asked if I’m okay with needles, if I was anxious, what the purpose of the treatment was, ie for pain or beauty reasons, wasn’t relaxed or told what to expect in terms or pain, how many needles, when it will start to work, aftercare, nothing at all. I was just told to lie down and turn my head and the procedure was down. Considering this was the owner I was left feeling rushed, a bit stressed after due to her rushed energy and frankly disappointed. The other staff seem lovely though, but even the receptionist made a joke about how quick the process was.
